Day 19 (lock down)

Saturday 11th April - bike ***** - Felixstowe to Levington – Sunny.

We like to get out on our bikes at least every other day especially with the weather being so good and early is best as much quieter, also the best part of the day too:) We wake a little earlier than usual so got up, making it down onto the prom just in time to see another amazing sunrise. Again, we turn left to enjoy the sun even if it is a little nippy on our hands as we head to The Dip but staying on the road this time before turning into Ferry Lane to Trimley St Martin spotting several hare in the fields and a fox:) We cross the railway lines on the huge green footbridge coming out coming out by three tree deer field but no deer today. Then it’s then down to the River Orwell by Loompit Lake with the tide very low. We end up at my windsurfing spot at Levington Marina and see Egrets feeding and a seal pops it’s head up too:) We head back through the trees at the end of the marina seeing a few deer that run off through the reeds:) It’s just a case of biking back through the trees back to Felixstowe and hardly see anyone the whole time we were out enjoying our 12 mile ride in lovely scenery and weather:) Then had a nice afternoon in our sunny garden doing my exercises and cleaning our bikes:)
